I liked reading Igor's book, "Confessions of an Email Millionaire."
I am a bit anal about proper grammar and spelling and punctuation (which his editor did not concern himself/herself with too much), but you cannot argue with the fact that he does know what he is talking about.

Direct, concise and educational. If you need direction without the BS go to the guys who know how to do it best.
Or go through years of pain like he has and by the time you "get it" the game will have changed on that other shiny object you got.
Email will still be there like Direct Marketing.
Meanwhile, he will be living the life you wish you had and you will still be confused.
Just follow the directions and take the Yellow Brick Road.

I've been following Igor Kheifets for many years now, and bought his book a few years ago, but never implemented the knowledge provided in it. Late last year I bought the book again (because the first one is in storage), and actually started taking action. I then bought his 301 Challenge course, signed up for his weekly coaching calls and podcast, and with all this support, I finally feel that I am on my way with my list building business. And things are looking very good.
The bottom line is the same as with so many books, videos or webinars that are offered by genuine business experts in their field - nothing works if the reader doesn't take action. Igor's book and his related materials will work, if you do what needs to be done.

Igor Kheifets, like nearly all of my favorite authors and entrepreneurs, push through the grind for years before finally striking the epiphany (or set of epiphanies) that rapidly precipitated his success. Rapid, that is, in comparison to the years before.
He hosts a podcast titled “The List Building Lifestyle Show.” On the show, Igor has interviewed legends in American entrepreneurialism such as Robert Kiyosaki, Russell Brunson, Chris Voss, Anik Singal, and Mark Manson, to name a few. I’ve read books by all of these men.
In the book, Igor jumps quickly into the meat of his content, adding his personal experiences along the way. My favorite parts of the book consisted of Igor relating his struggles with such platforms as Facebook, Google, and even within his niche of email marketing.
The three biggest takeaways I obtained from this book: (1) marketing success may narrow to just two parts, a great offer, and the right audience; (2) your audience wants to hear about its problems, and not yours; and (3) build your ladder and climb it.
